01Acceptance of terms
By connecting a wallet, scanning an address, playing a game, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, disconnect your wallet and don't use the Service.
02The Service
Identity Prism is a non-custodial wallet reputation and sybil-defense service for Solana. The Service computes a composite score from public on-chain activity and server-recorded application signals, awards profile badges, hosts gameplay and an off-chain coin economy, and issues optional Metaplex Core identity NFTs.
The Service is provided "as is." Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time without notice.
03Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction).
- You must not be a resident of, or located in, any country subject to U.S. or EU comprehensive sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea/Donetsk/Luhansk regions).
- You must not be on any government sanctions list.
- You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
04Wallets & custody
You are solely responsible for the custody and security of your wallet. We never see, hold, or have access to your private keys or seed phrase. We cannot recover lost wallets, reverse signed transactions, or undo blockchain operations.
If you lose your seed phrase, your wallet — and any badges, NFTs, or coins associated with it — is permanently inaccessible. We cannot help.
05Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Operate sybil clusters — multiple wallets controlled by one person or coordinated group, used to game scoring, airdrops, or leaderboards
- Use bots, scripts, automation, or AI agents to play games, complete quests, or generate scores
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or replay our cryptographic game seeds
- Attempt to manipulate the composite scoring algorithm through wash-trading, self-transfers, or fake NFT activity
- Mint, purchase, or trade Identity Prism NFTs in any jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful
- Impersonate, harass, or harm other users via the chat, arena, or social-graph features
- Upload malicious code, exploit vulnerabilities, or interfere with Service infrastructure
- Use the Service to launder funds, evade sanctions, or commit fraud
06Anti-sybil & fair play
When wallet scans, feedback, or configured background analysis run, the Service may analyze on-chain patterns and gameplay telemetry for sybil signals. Suspected clusters may be:
- Flagged with a reduced trust grade
- Excluded from leaderboards, airdrops, and tournament prize pools
- Banned from minting Identity Prism NFTs
- Reported to partner protocols via our shared reputation feed
Eligible recovery activity may contribute only within verdict-specific caps, including a zero cap for a confirmed-sybil verdict. Gameplay, quests, arena participation, and other activity cannot override a confirmed verdict. A wallet believed to be incorrectly classified may appeal to [email protected].
07NFTs & on-chain assets
Identity Prism cards are minted as Metaplex Core NFTs on Solana mainnet-beta. By minting, you acknowledge:
- You pay all network fees, rent, and Metaplex protocol fees from your own wallet.
- The asset and submitted data are public on-chain; supported update flows may change the asset's metadata URI or mutable fields.
- The NFT does not represent a security, share, or financial instrument.
- Secondary trading is permitted but happens entirely on third-party marketplaces we don't control.
- Cosmetic items from Stellar Forge are utility items — they affect ship stats and visual customization, not financial returns.
08Coins, staking & tournaments
"Coins" are an off-chain utility unit used inside the Service. Coins:
- Are not a cryptocurrency, security, or fiat instrument
- Have no monetary value outside the Service
- Cannot be exchanged for fiat, SOL, or any other asset
- May be modified, redenominated, or discontinued at our discretion
Tournament prize pools, fees, and any configured burn are governed by the rules shown for the active tournament. No single burn percentage applies to every tournament.
09Intellectual property
The Service's source code, planet textures, badge art, ship designs, and brand are © Identity Prism and licensed under MIT (code) or CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 (art) where applicable. Your wallet address remains yours; on-chain attestations belong to the chain.
10Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.
Identity Prism scores, tiers, and badges are informational only. They are not financial advice, creditworthiness assessments, or guarantees of any user's identity, intent, or character. Don't make investment decisions based solely on a score.
11Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Identity Prism, its contributors, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost wallets, missed airdrops, or loss of goodwill — arising out of your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD $100.
12Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Identity Prism harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of (a) your breach of these Terms, (b) your misuse of the Service, or (c) your violation of any applicable law.
13Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without cause, including for suspected sybil behavior or violation of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time by disconnecting your wallet. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, liability limits) shall survive.
14Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered under JAMS Comprehensive Arbitration Rules in a neutral seat. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action.
15Changes & contact
We may revise these Terms. Material changes are announced 14 days in advance. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
