02No guarantees of accuracy
The Service relies on Solana RPC providers, third-party indexers, and heuristic algorithms. Data may be stale, incomplete, or wrong. False positives and false negatives in sybil detection are possible. We make no warranty that any score, tier, or flag is accurate.
03Smart contract risk
Supported on-chain actions use existing Solana programs, including the Memo Program, token programs, and Metaplex Core. Identity Prism gameplay and settlement run on the application server; a MagicBlock devnet RPC blockhash may be used as input, but the games do not run on an Ephemeral Rollup. On-chain programs and transactions can still contain bugs or unintended behavior. If an operation fails or is exploited, funds may be unrecoverable.
04Blockchain risk
Solana is a third-party network. Outages, forks, congestion, validator collusion, or chain halts can affect Service availability. We do not control Solana and cannot reverse, accelerate, or modify any on-chain state.
05Third-party risk
The Service integrates with third-party providers (Helius, MagicBlock, Cloudflare, Phantom, Solflare, etc.). We are not responsible for their availability, security, or accuracy. Their failures may impact you.
06NFT & coin disclaimer
Identity Prism NFTs and in-app Coins:
- Are not securities, currencies, or financial instruments
- Have no guaranteed monetary value
- May fluctuate, depreciate, or become worthless
- Are not redeemable for fiat from us
Secondary trading happens on third-party marketplaces under their rules, which we don't control.
07Game outcomes are non-refundable
Signed transactions may be irreversible once confirmed. Game scores and application balances are server records unless a user separately signs an on-chain transaction; dispute and correction options depend on the applicable feature rules.
08Regulatory risk
Cryptocurrency and Web3 regulations vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. You are responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful where you live. We may restrict or terminate access in any jurisdiction at any time.
09No fiduciary relationship
Use of the Service does not create any fiduciary, agency, advisory, or trustee relationship between you and Identity Prism. We do not custody your assets and make no recommendations about how you manage them.
10Final word
Don't risk what you can't afford to lose. Verify every transaction before signing. Back up your seed phrase. Be skeptical of anyone, including us, claiming to know what your tokens are worth. Trust math, not vibes.
